Job Description
This architectural position, as the Project Architect, provides OBO/Warsaw with architectural and construction oversight for the Warsaw CSU. The role involves quality assurance, technical inspections, reviewing project documentation, and ensuring contractor compliance with design and contract requirements. A full range of critical architectural and construction quality assurance and management and technical oversight of the Warsaw CSU is expected.
Requirements
- An architecture degree (Bachelor’s or above) from an accredited program
- Minimum of seven years of experience in construction projects
- Design office experience is preferred
- Final Secret, interim Top Secret, or final Top Secret security clearance (at time of consideration)
