Job Description
Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the Lilongwe NEC Project, providing engineering and construction quality assurance and management. This full-time, 16-month position will be based in Lilongwe, Malawi, requiring close coordination with OBO/Lilongwe in project execution. The role involves reviewing design documents, monitoring construction, and ensuring project compliance.
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree, bachelor’s or above
- Minimum 7 years of experience on construction projects
- Design office experience preferred
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent
- U.S. citizenship and U.S. government security clearance at the top secret level
