Job Description
This position involves developing and executing qualification and training programs for personnel based on customer requirements. It encompasses school coordination, maintenance, and the SURTASS program, requiring a Bachelor's degree and U.S. Government clearance for security. The position is contingent upon funding and offers a generous benefit package.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology and/or Master Training Specialist certification
- Five years of experience with managing training and qualification programs
- Five years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and/or repair of complex Navy systems
