Job Description
Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join the Cloud Service Integration Team (CSIT). The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, translating government needs, supporting project lifecycle, and working with Agile and best practices. SRC is a contractor for US government customers.
Requirements
- Gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements based on government objectives
- Analyzing existing business processes and recommending improvements using Salesforce capabilities
- Developing clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, developers, and project managers
- Experience managing secure environments for government or DoD clients
- 5+ years of experience preferred
- Understanding of cloud security principles and FedRAMP compliance
- Experience with data migration, security models, and release management
- Clearance Information: SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
