Scrum Master

The Scrum Master will guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to customers, and ensure Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, physics or similar disciplines
• Prior experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Certified Scrum Master or other similar certification
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Minimum of five or more years of industry experience
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• Good time-management skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience of agile scrum as well as knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
• Experience with JIRA for task management and Confluence for project documentation
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
• Ability to work in a fast moving, innovative environment
