Job Description
Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) is seeking a well-rounded Computer Engineer to support their DoD customer in San Diego, CA. This role involves designing, developing, and testing complex communication systems, ensuring adherence to security standards, and obtaining a security clearance. The position is contingent upon award and is part of a contract between SRC and the U.S. government.
Requirements
- Master's level degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field of concentration in computer science
- 10 years of professional experience in computer design, software development or computer networks
- Ability to research, design, develop, and test computer hardware and software programs
- Ability to apply computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis to design, develop, testing, and evaluation of software and systems
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++, and Java
- Familiarity with DoD testing and evaluation processes (T&E) and the full software development lifecycle
- Clearance information: U.S. Citizenship and a U.S. Government Security Clearance at the SECRET level with Top Secret/SCI eligibility
