Job Description
As a Program Manager Defense & Security, you will be the key point of contact between the customer and ScioTeq, overseeing and coordinating various projects related to defense & security solutions. You will lead and manage Defense & Security program plans, participate in proposal efforts, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting all contractual and internal financial requirements.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in Aviation or Defense industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent English, Dutch and French knowledge an asset
- Strong organization skills, time management, and ability to work as primary contact with major customers
- Proven experience as team leader with a pro-active approach to program management
- Demonstrated business analysis experience
- Basic affinity for technical matters such as electronics and software
- PMI certification an extra advantage
