DIRECT CARE WORKER

Provide a safe, clean and caring living environment for program residents, prepare meals, and participate in activity programming. Enforce the program's daily routine and maintain professional relationships with residents, family members, and agency staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of HS Diploma or GED required
• Successful completion of Safety Crisis Management (SCM) training
• Prior exposure to working with an adolescent population desired
• Experience in child welfare is a plus
• Ability to provide excellent references
