Job Description
Provides close supervision for individuals with developmental disabilities, completes transfer forms, maintains documentation, and transports individuals safely. Maintains physical plant and agency property in a clean and safe manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid NYS driver's license
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities/traumatic brain injured (preferred)
