Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of two years experience in an HR Department or administrative office experience in a regulated environment
• Proficiency in managing data within an HR Information System (HRIS) and experience using an Applicant Tracking System, such as UKG
• Ability to operate other related software applications, including Microsoft Office products
