Job Description
Facilitate and support placements into new Foster/Adoptive Homes within 90-120 days of initial certification. Work with Foster/Adoptive Parents to prepare them for placements and provide support post-placement.
Requirements
- BA/BS required, MSW preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong communication skills in writing and speaking
- Strong interpersonal and assessment skills
- Ability to engage people of various backgrounds
- Computer literate
- Valid Drivers license preferred
