Job Description
Provide 24/7 supervision to youth, implement treatment plans, and develop effective relationships. Accompany youth to school, appointments, and group activities. Demonstrate a commitment to a safe and therapeutic environment.
Requirements
- Minimum possession of a High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous experience in group work with direct care and interaction with children
- Successful completion of Safety Crisis Management (SCM) training
- Ability to work varying hours as required
- Valid driver’s license from NY, NJ or CT required
- Excellent references required
