Remote Product Engineer

We are launching a new service line focused on building high-quality digital products using AI-assisted development workflows and are hiring a Product Engineer to lead client discovery, translate ideas into clear specs, and build production-grade web applications.

Requirements

• Strong product mindset: ability to turn ambiguity into clear scope and execution
• Client-facing communication skills (discovery, presentations, demos)
• Experience building web apps using AI-assisted workflows (Replit strongly preferred)
• Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices and modern web product patterns
• Ability to read, modify, and debug AI-generated code (no need to write complex code from scratch)
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage delivery across milestones
• Excellent written communication: specs, documentation, structured thinking
