Game Backend C++ Developer (Gameplay Team)

We are a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus, looking for a C++ developer to work on creating new game features for our large-scale multiplayer project. Our team focuses on the 4X strategy genre and aims to grow our hit game, Total Battle, to become the No.1 strategy game in the world.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and initiative
• 3+ years of experience developing in C++ in a product-oriented company
• At least 2 years of backend development experience (not necessarily in C++)
• Solid knowledge of software design principles and ability to apply them in practice
• Ability to analyze and decompose complex tasks into smaller, manageable steps
• Practical experience with network and multithreaded programming
• Practical experience with relational databases
• Proficiency in Linux environments for development and debugging
• Knowledge or willingness to learn Python for developing tools and automation
