Requirements

• Sound knowledge of mortgage financing fundamentals
• Experience in agency mortgage warehouse lending preferred
• Degree in Business or related field
• Banking experience in a Corporate/Commercial lending or related environment
• Prior experience in mortgage capital markets / mortgage warehouse financing strongly preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in credit analysis and familiarity with legal document review
• Ability to prioritize, make timely and sound judgments, and succinctly communicate with senior management
