- 5 years of experience in the industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- All applicable education, examination, and training requirements for obtaining the license and registration as a registered representative with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CRO)
- Permit required by the advisor's firm
- Understanding of the regulatory requirements established by the industry or the firm's compliance department
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and respect deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills
