Requirements

• At least five years of experience in financial analysis or credit evaluation
• Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field
• Extensive experience in complex financial analysis
• Good understanding of Bank credit policies and procedures, financial analysis, risk evaluation, credit structuring, security registration and collateral, recovery, related laws, and accounting practices
• Proven credit judgment
• Confirmed ability to manage a commercial credit portfolio
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proven written and oral communication skills
• Developed organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent coaching and counseling skills
• Excellent English proficiency
