Requirements

• Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen relationships with customers
• Perform operational procedures and activities in their respective areas
• Develop a permanent Commercial Management with Small Businesses
• Evaluate the performance of your customers and identify future needs and risks
• Use the tools provided by the Bank to manage customer portfolios
• Review and follow up on recovery and collection tasks
• Identify and manage potential commercial areas of influence and contact networks
• Offer quality service that makes a difference in the market
• Manage a team work with internal and external sales forces
• Meet commercial goals by promoting the sale of defined products
