As Manager, Business Analysis, you will contribute to the overall success of the Automotive Finance business-line in Canada, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, business, engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in web-based portals or technology-related roles, business background ideally in the automotive finance industry
- Previous experience in managing cross-functional project teams and business analysis
- Demonstrated success in project management and exposure to Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication/interpersonal/negotiating skills, written and verbal with strong attention to detail
- Strong customer focus, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and manage time effectively
