Requirements

• Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
• Assist the lead and/or to develop and to provide high-quality deliverables during all the phases of the project, from the participation in requirement gathering, design and implementation to post-release support.
• Provide production support, including off-hour support if required.
