Requirements
- Deep background in Technology delivery is a must (e.g., different programming languages, agile work, cloud computing, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy or technology delivery/architecture leadership is a must.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic business environment.
- Superior interpersonal skills, leadership, and influential capabilities
- Self-motivated; work both independently and collaboratively with multi-functional teams, as both a leader and member.
- Good knowledge of the specific technology challenges relevant to Banking industry with a sound understanding of current banking business trends and their implications for technology.
- Superior planning and analytical skills, ability to discern research information / data and focus on the critical business issues.
- Superior presentation and written communication skills
- Undergraduate degree in business or engineering; graduate business degree/MBA is a strong asset.
- Excellent knowledge with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to architect end-to-end solutions involving ServiceNow product and services, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and CMDB modules.
- Experienced with integrating ServiceNow with back office systems using IntegrationHub.
- Experience with automated discovery and refresh of metadata in CMDB, and other modules.
- ServiceNow Master/Technical Architect certification (bonus)
