Recovery Advisor - Part Time

The Recovery Advisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with area strategies and procedures, managing the collection of assigned accounts, and ensuring the rehabilitation of these accounts to maximize recovery. The role involves daily telephone collection management, customer service, and goal achievement.

Requirements

• High School graduate (required)
• University-level studies in Business Administration, Economics, Public Accountant, Finance, Engineering, and related fields (desirable)
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in collections and/or in a Call Center (desirable)
