Regional Manager, Inside Sales role is responsible for coaching, supervising, and motivating Inside Sales Representatives, developing talent, and increasing sales and assets under management within Dynamic Funds.

Requirements

• Canadian Securities Course and CIM Designation
• 5 years industry-related experience
• High level of knowledge of Dynamic and Scotia mandates and products
• Sales oriented individual motivated in driving positive results
• Sales and industry experience within the Asset Management landscape
• Knowledge of competitive firms and products, along with industry insights
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills
• Definitive understanding of Business Controls rules and guidelines
