Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally with a focus on cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Strong knowledge of business teams and processes specific to call centre environments
• Strong customer service skills
• Understanding of cloud technology, specifically cloud-based platforms and CRM
