The Senior Manager, Business Architecture & Enablement will help bridge the gap between Canadian Banking strategy and operational execution. This role involves leading a team to leverage their curiosity to align departments and capabilities with strategic goals and developing models and documents like capability maps to guide transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in relevant field or graduate degree (MBA)
- Minimum of 8 years relevant finance-related experience within a large organization or consulting background
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a team manager
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent PowerPoint skills; confident communicator, able to convey ideas clearly and gain buy in
- Demonstrated track record of driving key aspects of transformational projects
- Experience with business architecture frameworks and methodologies is a plus
- Experience building client journeys, processing mappings is a plus
- Program management experience is a plus
