Senior Manager, Operational Risk

The candidate will be responsible for the ongoing execution of the U.S. Operational Risk Management Framework, with a focus on RCSA program and managing operational risks associated with Mortgage Capital Markets, Cash Management, Fraud and Reputational Risk.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10+ years’ experience working in an enterprise risk, role at a financial institution.
• Working knowledge of Capital Markets and current regulatory environment in the Financial Services industry.
• Expertise in RCSA, Control testing, Key Risk Indicators development and management.
• A university degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communications, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
