Job Description
The Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives is responsible for supporting and executing the Helpdesk Modernization journey, leading technical projects, and providing mentorship to project management team members.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- 4-6 experience with Case Management Tools
- Understanding of Case Management Tools, telephony systems, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), and other call center technologies.
- An Agile mindset with a focus on delivering business value associated with operations transformation.
- Proven leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills
