Job Description

The ServiceNow Discovery Admin will manage the ServiceNow Discovery tool to automatically map IT assets and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) across all of the geographies where the bank operates.
Requirements
- 6+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
- Deep experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, MID servers and CSDM
- Understanding of IT infrastructure topologies, including servers (Windows/Linux), networks, and applications
- Experience with cloud resource discovery and management with Azure and GCP
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on JavaScript and REST/SOAP/APIs
- Knowledge of authentication, user policies, and permissions to ensure secure access for discovery probes, sensors and patterns.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially the ones related to Configuration Management
- Capable of leading technical meetings, and be able to communicate complex technical matters to executives in a way that can be understood in a simple way
- Be able to properly communicate in English
