Surgical Technologist

The Surgical Technologist position is responsible for preparing and maintaining a sterile operating environment, assisting with surgical procedures, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. The role requires good communication skills, dependability, and the ability to work full-time during training.

Requirements

• Good communication skills with surgeons and surgical team
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active CNA License in current good standing
• Ability to work full-time during training period (about 6 months)
• Must be available to work on call after hours and weekends
• Dependable
• Professional appearance
• Adheres to policies and procedures
• Possess good interpersonal skills and characteristics to maintain good working relationships
• Demonstrates initiative, ingenuity, and ability to solve problems
