Job Description
Scott Logic is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their growing team. The role involves building and maintaining data platforms and pipelines, leveraging modern tools and technologies. Clients include major companies and government departments, and the data engineer will work collaboratively with clients and internally, managing data and providing analytics solutions.
Requirements
- Good experience with storage, data pipelines, and querying.
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, Pyspark, PowerBI, and similar.
- Understanding of software engineering, Front End technologies (JavaScript), and a strong problem-solving approach.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), Agile environments, and vendor products like Snowflake or Data Bricks.
