Lifeguard

We are seeking energetic Lifeguards to ensure the safety of our guests in the lake at Scott's Pointe in Calverton, NY. The Lifeguard will monitor activities in the lake area and provide assistance to swimmers.

Requirements

• Lifeguard training and certification required
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Skill in the application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
• Knowledge of CPR and emergency medical procedures
• Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
