Job Description
Data & Analysis Assistant role supporting the Concessionary Travel Unit in Transport Scotland, managing systems and analyzing data for operational delivery and system stability.
Requirements
- Monitor and action items in the team mailbox
- Work with external stakeholders for data delivery
- Analyse and interpret transactional and numerical data
- Make evidence-based decisions and support new analysis processes
- Liaise with Local Authorities and other stakeholders for investigation and testing
