Associate Asset Manager

The Asset Management team at Scout Clean Energy is seeking an Associate Asset Manager to join their team in Boulder, CO. The successful candidate will work alongside specialized analysts, a trader, and an asset manager to analyze the plants' operational and financial characteristics to inform data-driven decision making about maintenance decisions, pricing strategy, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 1-3 years of work experience in the renewable energy industry
• Advanced knowledge in Excel (e.g., PivotTable), SQL a plus
• Demonstrated ability to thrive while working in ambiguous situations
• Ability to concisely frame issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dynamic interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and arbitrate between conflicting priorities
