Job Description
Scout’s Project Engineer will play a pivotal role in the development, design, and construction planning of their utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects. This role focuses on technical expertise for all project phases, including preconstruction, and is essential for Scout’s growth as an engineering resource. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated engineer with practical experience in the renewable energy industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Related Field
- Working knowledge of electric power systems, design, and operation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn new programs and industry jargon
- Proficient with MS Excel, SharePoint, GIS, and AutoCAD
- Valid driver license
