Job Description
Scout Motors is seeking an Engineer, Supplier Quality to support the manufacturing process of electric vehicle accessories. The role involves ensuring supplier quality compliance, managing supplier PPAPs, driving continuous improvement, and promoting efficient manufacturing practices. This is an opportunity to contribute to the company's revolution in electric vehicle manufacturing and establish a legacy of innovation within the American automotive industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or Master’s degree preferred.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a supplier quality role in an automotive environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Quality Systems a plus (GD&T, inspection, PPAP)
- Strong operational experience and good understanding of the vehicle assembly/ functionality.
- Certifications in AIAG Core Tools (MSA, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP).
- Valid driver's license required.
- Valid passport required.
