Job Description
This Accounting Advisory Manager position involves consulting with clients on complex accounting transactions, advising on regulatory and strategic matters, and building relationships. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in providing financial statement audits, accounting advisory services, or corporate accounting/finance center of excellence
- Active CPA license
- Working knowledge in US GAAP, SEC reporting rules and standards, accounting transactions, or mergers and acquisition services
- Analytical and technical skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities
