Job Description
As an Aerospace & Defense Regulatory and Compliance Internal Audit Manager, you will contribute to client business needs by understanding risks, ensuring compliance, and helping them achieve goals. The role involves developing and executing SOX compliance programs, performing audits, and managing client engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory environments and experience with complex compliance requirements.
Requirements
- U.S. Government compliance experience within the defense contracting sector
- Experience interpreting and applying Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) regulations
- Experience with compliance platforms like SAP, Deltek, or GRC systems
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field
