Assistant Manager - Regulatory Advisory for Banking and Capital Markets

Grant Thornton has an exciting opportunity within our Regulatory Risk Advisory team in our Advisory practice. The team is looking for new talent to play a key role in taking our prudential regulatory offering to clients as we continue to build a team in the Irish market.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services (e.g. banking) or professional services;
• Familiar in the prudential aspects of the European regime as it applies to banks and investment firms, regulatory reporting as well as elements of the broader ECB/SSM regime and requirements;
• Leading teams in the delivery of their objectives;
• Positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to adopt an agile approach;
• An ability to foster trusted relationships;
• Good written communication skills and attention to detail;
• An ability to quickly learn new skills and knowledge on the job;
• Strong organisational, verbal communication and time management skills;
