Job Description
As a Business Consulting Senior Associate, you'll be responsible for business process analysis, requirements definition, cost/cycle time analysis, and change management to ensure client success. This role involves transforming finance and operations, design implementing sustainable models, and optimizing processes. Collaboration with Business Consulting Practice is key to achieving client goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3+ years of work-related experience in financial management and/or consulting or experience
- Experience working in financial services in a consulting capacity
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform quantitative analysis
- Knowledge of Close-the-books, Chart-of-Accounts, Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis & Financial Benchmarking
- Knowledge of banking operations and related regulatory issues
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 30%
