Job Description
Grant Thornton is seeking a SALT-Income and Franchise Tax Manager to deliver full tax planning, consulting, and compliance services for multiple clients. The role involves managing client engagements, leading staff, and ensuring compliance with state and local tax regulations. This position offers a supportive environment with resources to thrive and exceed client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum six years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting
- Active CPA license, JD with active law license in good standing, or Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Managers required to manage project tasks at the same time
- Support business development activities
