Senior PPC Manager (Google)

Scrambly is a fast-growing adtech startup looking for a Senior PPC Manager to own and scale our paid search acquisition across Google and Microsoft. The role involves designing and implementing automation systems, developing a paid search acquisition strategy, and building stable campaign architectures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Proven experience scaling paid search budgets
• Strong understanding of value-based bidding
• Track record of designing and implementing automation
• Strong analytical fluency across advertising and product analytics platforms
• Comfortable operating with imperfect attribution and delayed revenue signals
• Ability to clearly explain performance drivers and scaling mechanics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
