Senior PPC Manager role at Scrambly, a fast-growing adtech startup, responsible for scaling paid search acquisition across Google and Microsoft Ads, designing automation systems, and driving sustainable budget growth while maintaining profitability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with a strong focus on Search and Performance Max campaigns
- Proven experience scaling paid search budgets in the high six-figure range with maintained or improved efficiency
- Experience in performance-driven verticals such as gaming (preferably web), fintech, utilities, or health
- Strong understanding of value-based bidding (ROAS/revenue optimization), including conversion windows, value weighting, and signal strategy
- Track record of designing and implementing automation: scripts, rules, monitoring systems, and workflows that reduce manual optimization
- Strong analytical fluency across advertising and product analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude, Looker/Looker Studio, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- Ability to clearly explain performance drivers and scaling mechanics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ownership-driven mindset: analytical, structured, systems-oriented, and focused on long-term profitability over vanity metrics
- Transparent and proactive: comfortable surfacing issues, making decisions without perfect data, and being accountable for outcomes
- Fluency in English (B2+)
