Job Description
A Technical Solution Consultant will act as a technical bridge between sales, product, engineering, and customers to understand product needs and implement solutions. Key responsibilities include executing discovery workshops, leading product demos, translating customer requirements into solution designs, and collaborating with various teams.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years in a technical customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of software architecture, web / cloud infrastructure
- Experience in integration projects and ability to handle customisation/configuration
- Solid business acumen
- Excellent presentation, demonstration, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask: manage multiple opportunities / customers in parallel
- Familiarity with agile project methodologies
- Prior experience working with sales engineering or solution consulting teams
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as needed
