VP of Engineering

We're looking for a VP of Engineering to lead our Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product Security functions. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the engineering strategy, and enabling the organization to deliver on our ambitious roadmap.

Requirements

• Lead our Engineering and Infrastructure teams, aligning them around a shared vision, clear priorities, and defining scalable processes and collaboration models that drive focus and execution across the organization.
• Scale our platform for the future, defining a long-term technology strategy that supports company growth and innovation in AI and medical imaging.
• Raise the technical bar by overseeing architecture, quality, and operations to deliver a high-performance, secure, and reliable platform.
• Partner with Product, AI Research & Innovation, and Commercial teams to align engineering execution with business strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with AI research and data leaders to ensure our infrastructure, data pipelines, and product integrations support experimentation and safe deployment of AI solutions in clinical environments.
• Hire, coach, and empower engineers and engineering managers, fostering a culture of ownership, trust, and continuous learning.
