Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in brand, communications, or marketing leadership roles
• Proven success in brand positioning, PR, and international market expansion
• Hands-on experience managing high-impact events and employer branding initiatives
• A strong media network and experience in thought leadership and executive communications
• A strategic yet execution-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes
• Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish or other European languages are a plus)
