We are looking for a Controls Integrator that will be responsible for designing, programming, and implementing control systems for industrial automation projects. This role integrates hardware and software solutions to optimize manufacturing and process operations, ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Design and develop control systems for industrial automation projects.
- Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and related automation platforms.
- Integrate control systems with mechanical and electrical components.
- Develop and maintain documentation for control systems.
- Conduct on-site testing, troubleshooting, and validation of control systems.
- Collaborate with field commissioning teams to ensure smooth implementation and reduce commissioning time.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct risk & hazard assessments and safety audits on automation systems.
- Provide technical support during installation and post-implementation phases.
- Participate in project planning and design reviews.
- Travel to project sites as needed for implementation and commissioning (25-50%).
- Prepare project documentation such as SOOs, control logic narratives, cause & effect diagrams, loops & alarms documents, O&M Manuals.
