Job Description
The Platform Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing the ServiceNow ecosystem with a focus on CMDB data architecture, CSDM alignment, and ITOM Discovery accuracy and maturity.
Requirements
- Ability to work 2-3 days onsite.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including large-scale environments (5,000+ users).
- Expert-level experience with CMDB, CSDM, ITOM Discovery, and ITSM/ITAM processes.
- ServiceNow Architect or Developer certification required.
- Strong scripting experience (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.).
- Experience deploying new ServiceNow instances or implementing major modules.
- Familiarity with UI/UX concepts and portal design.
- Strong understanding of IT operations and enterprise infrastructure.
