CSA Community Support Facilitator Pool (San Diego)

Creative Support Alternatives is a San Diego State University Research Foundation project that provides Supported Living Services, Independent Living Services, and related services to adults with developmental disabilities. The Community Support Facilitator provides direct support to people with developmental disabilities in their homes and in the community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• One year of experience functioning as a team member in a group or work setting
