Job Description
We are looking for a Legal Counsel with interest in protecting research data. As a lawyer in Legal Services, you will be part of the team that ensures SDU is at the forefront of the Danish universities' compliance with personal data regulations. You will have the opportunity to delve deep into data protection law and specialize in specific legislation in close collaboration with researchers at SDU.
Requirements
- Advising researchers and other staff on GDPR
- Negotiating agreements on personal data
- Preparing risk assessments
- Evaluating third-party transfers
- Handling security breaches
- Mediating and training internally on GDPR
