• Administratively manage all orders and process all files from A to Z in collaboration with your team.
• Check the received sales orders from customers daily against inventory.
• Submit inspection requests to the FAVV and handle the accompanying documentation.
• Process simple customs tasks.
• Maintain close contact with the customs team, customers and transporters, and you build long-term relationships with customers through professional and efficient communication.
